Job Title – Recruitment Assistant

Salary - £10 PH depending on experience

Location – Tollerton, York

Report to – MD

Hours – Monday to Wednesday 9-5.30pm (can be flexible with this)

Holidays – 20 pro rata days + Birthday off

3 months - Temp to perm

Job Purpose:

To source for great candidates and match them with their perfect jobs, do all necessary administration and sell our services

Recruitment Assistant duties and responsibilities

A recruitment assistant roles and responsibilities include:

  • Dealing with large numbers of emails.
  • Booking interviews.
  • Giving and receiving feedback from both clients and job applicants.
  • Formatting of CVs to present candidates to best advantage.
  • Client meetings.
  • Advertising of vacancies.
  • Sourcing job boards for suitable candidates.
  • Holding open days for clients where interested job-seekers can find out about the company and register
  • Conducting interviews.
  • Social media posts
  • Managing CRM and process
  • Registering candidates.
  • Checking of ID and eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Attending exhibitions and networking meetings.
  • Sales calls and business development.
  • Account management of existing clients.
  • Working towards key performance indicator (KPI) targets

Person Specification

Qualifications

Maths and English GCSE’s a must

Experience

 Work experience in office Customer Services would be an advantage

Skills and Knowledge

  • Excellent Microsoft skills, excel, word and outlook
  • Great Customer Services
  • Great Telephone manner
  • Good attention to detail
  • Great at process and IT
