Product Marketing Manager

Our client a Venture-backed fin-tech and an early stage startup with ambitious plans for growth, is currently recruiting for a Product Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Head of Marketing. 

This role offers a flexible hybrid working opportunity, with a London based office.

Overview of the Role

The Product Marketing Manager will help scale the growth of the business by shaping the way they market their product on all channels, and to both small businesses and accountants.

You will develop creative and innovative marketing campaigns to drive growth in customer and accountant partner acquisition.  

Key responsibilities

  • Define and research target markets and work with Product team to define new features based on customer needs
  • Gain an in-depth knowledge of our products and create value propositions for different user sets
  • Create marketing material based on upcoming products and features on the roadmap
  • Work with the wider marketing, design and customer success teams to produce customer comms, website content and acquisition campaigns related to product
  • Understand the competitive landscape to effectively position our products

Required Skills & Experiences
 

  • Demonstrable success in launching new products and product features
  • Great communication skills, with experience of working with Marketing, Product, Technology and Design teams
  • Deep understanding of value proposition and how to apply this to different target audiences
  • Ability to create and execute on marketing strategy, delivering engaging campaigns across multiple channels
  • Excellent understanding of data and analytics
  • Great project management experience
