Careerjuice are looking for a Growth analyst to work for a very exciting scale up Fintech Company, 1 day a week in Hammersmith the rest working from home. Share options and working with a very inclusive team, Able to make a real difference. 

The role

We are looking to grow significantly over the coming years and are looking for an ambitious strategic thinker to join our team. You will play a key role in helping us to meet their ambitious growth plans.  Reporting to the COO you will be expected to help find and exploit potential areas of growth for  the team. This could be through for example; creating and delivering an experiment to reach new customers, analysing data on how customers work and suggesting how we can save them time, spotting improvements in ways of working to help us grow as a company.

This would be a great opportunity for a Management Consultant looking to move in-house or an inquisitive, logical, mathematically capable individual looking to move into a small, growing company where they could have a big impact.

  • Using our data to interrogate performance and suggest ways we can improve
  • Finding new ways in which we can encourage current and new customers to engage 
  • Developing the data capability
  • Helping the team to understand the data that impacts them
  • Identifying creative ways we can grow and proposing new strategies
  • Producing clear and concise outputs that speak for themselves

Required skills & experience

  • Experience analysing complex business data and distilling the key facts and insights
  • Proven ability to share and present data to senior stakeholders
  • You have at least 2 years work experience in a challenging business environment
  • Proven ability in self-directed work - for example you may have a University degree or have started your own business
  • High capability with the below (or relevant equivalents):
    • Google sheets / Microsoft excel
    • Google Slides / Microsoft PowerPoint
