Careerjuice are looking for a Customer Services person to join a dedicated team of Customer Services representatives, you will be working in open plan offices in Huntingdon. This will be on a  temp to perm basis. For £8.21PH. Full training will be given. Immediate starts.

MAIN PURPOSE (OBJECTIVE) OF JOB:

 

To offer a professional, customer friendly telephone support approach and to ensure the customer receives the best possible service and resolution to their enquiries. Handle customer enquiries via an email system and live chat service.

Activity

End result

React swiftly to all incoming calls/white mail/e-mail and other communication medium.

OWN the customer. Always be polite, professional and empathise with the customer. Resolve their issues.

To ensure all queries are answered within the agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement). Resolve the customer’s issues.

 

Log data accurately adhering to DPA regulations, onto the relevant in-house systems.

 

Ensuring the information recorded is always complete and accurate.

 

Deal with technical and non-technical enquiries from clients.

 

Answering within the company guidelines and procedures which are laid down.

 

Ensure full knowledge of any information systems or procedures used to assist customers is always up to date.

 

Up to date Quality Management system and documentation

Escalate any issue with which you are unable to deal with to technical support or supervisors

 

Ensure to follow any departmental guidelines regarding the escalation process.

 

Always ensure customer satisfaction.

To be polite and professional at all times.

 

Assist with administration tasks as required.

 

Ensure in an efficient and effective manner.

 

Work towards Individual/Team KPI’s

 

 

Adherence to individual Balance Score Card

ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES:

 

Attend daily morning briefings to keep up to date with changes to policies/ procedures.

 

To undertake any other reasonable duties as required and supply cover for holidays, peaks in volume &

sickness within the department and to be available for overtime as per departmental requirements.
